Our ultra lightweight aluminium bed system is designed specifically for Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato and Citroen Relay (All sizes L2/L3/L4).

It comes as a full kit with 6 x 3 piece 4K laser cut bracket kit. This also includes a high strength back plate and fixings, 6 piece aluminium rail kit and quick fix fittings kit.

The bed is designed in house with dimensions of 1350 mm x 1900 mm (Full size double bed).

Our new Streetvanz birch ply latt is ultra lightweight and uses the highest strength grade timber and comes with full quick fit fitting kit.

We also included a 125 mm low weight memory foam mattress, ensuring a great nights sleep.

The bed system comes in a flat pack kit form and will take around 2 hours to fit. In-house fitting service is available at our Chesterfield based workshop. Enquire for more details.

All our mattresses are vacuum packed for easy delivery and fitting (Please note, the mattress will require 24 hours to reach its full height after fitting).

Delivery takes 5 working days from receipt of payment.

We offer 2 different types of fitting kits. If your van is bare, you'll require Fitting Kit 1.

If your vehicle is already carpeted then you'll require Fitting Kit 2. Please specify when ordering or give us a call to confirm the right kit for your vehicle.

Our aluminium bracket system has 3 height adjustments from 930 to the bottom of the bed latt to 960 and 990 so you can have the bed at the best height to suit your needs. We we also offer a custom bracket system if you require a specific height to suit your conversion. Please ask if you require further information.
